Christian Marxsen holds the Chair of Public Law and International Law at Humboldt University in Berlin. His research focuses on general international law, with a particular emphasis on peacekeeping issues. He is co-editor of the Max Planck Trialogues on the Law of Peace and War book series published by Cambridge University Press and a member of the International Law Association’s Committee on Military Intervention on Request.
